At LuxeGoodsID, we strive for excellence in every handcrafted piece. Please read our policy carefully regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following strict conditions:
- Costs & Risks: All shipping costs and risks associated with returning the item are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
- Condition: A full refund will only be issued once the item has arrived back at our workshop in its original, unused condition.
- Customs & Regulations: Please be aware that Indonesia has strict regulations regarding the import of snakeskin. If a returned item is seized by Indonesian Customs, it remains the buyer’s responsibility, and no refund will be issued.
- Exchanges: All exchanges must follow the same procedures and requirements as the return policy.
Order Cancellation & Refunds
Since our products are made-to-order (production takes 7–10 days), the following refund rules apply:
- Full Refund: You may request a full refund within 5 days of placing your order.
- After 5 Days: If production has started but the item has not yet been shipped, a refund may still be possible (please contact us immediately).
- After Shipment: Once an item has been shipped, a refund cannot be processed. You must wait for the item to arrive and then follow the Return Policy above.
Lost Packages
Your peace of mind is our priority. If your package is confirmed lost during transit before reaching your address, LuxeGoodsID will take full responsibility. We will recreate and reship your order at no additional cost to you.
