1. Production & Handling Timeline
- Handcrafting: Every item is made-to-order in our Bali workshop, taking 7–10 business days to ensure the highest quality.
- Packing: Once ready, we require 1 business day for secure and professional packaging.
2. Shipping Journey & Tracking
- Step 1 (Bali to Jakarta): Your package is first sent from Bali to our international shipping hub in Jakarta (takes 3–5 business days).
- Tracking Number: You will receive your international tracking number after the package arrives and is processed in Jakarta.
- Step 2 (International Delivery): Once departed from Jakarta, estimated delivery to your country is 11–21 business days, depending on the destination and local airport policies.
3. Customs & Import Duties (Fully Covered by Us)
At LuxeGoodsID, we want you to have a seamless shopping experience. We take full responsibility for any Import Duties or Taxes.
- Our Process: We include our contact details on the package so customs can reach us directly.
- Payment via Link: If you receive an SMS or email with a payment link for duty taxes, please ignore it or contact us immediately. We will access the link and pay it directly for you.
- Payment via COD: If your local courier requires payment upon delivery (COD), please pay the amount, keep the official receipt, and contact us. We will refund the full tax amount to you.
4. Package Protection
- Lost Packages: If your package is confirmed lost during transit, LuxeGoodsID will recreate and reship your order at no extra cost.
